Progressive Dinner

PROGRESSIVE DINNER!!!!

When: Friday- December 27th 4:30-9:00PM

Where: Leaving from Cowee UPPER Parking lot at 4:30PM

Tentative Schedule

House #1 Perry’s Residence- Appetizers 4:50-5:45pm
House #2 Baldwin’s Residence- Main Meal     6:00-7:30pm
House #3 Rewis’ Residence- Dessert     7:45-10pm



We will be traveling to three different homes for a three courses meal! Each course is served at a different home along with a progressive devotional! Please join us for a time of great fun and fellowship!

2020 Winter Conference

2020 (January 17-20)

WHEN ARE WE LEAVING AND RETURNING

Departing Friday Jan 17th, 3:30 PM from the church 

Returning on Monday January 20th, around lunch time. Our last session ends around 10:30 AM that morning  


COST- Total is $175.00  Final Payments Due Sunday Jan 12th)

FORMS I WILL NEED TURNED IN 

WHERE WILL WE BE STAYING?

We will be staying in a large cabin on 0.5 miles from the convention center where the conference is being held ( E Holly Ridge Rd, Gatlinburg TN )

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? 

  • Clothes for four days
  • Bathroom items: shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and any other personal items you may need during your stay.
  • Swim suit (modest please) There is a hot tub at the cabin, as well as, a pool house that students will be able to use at designated times with supervision.
  • Bible, notebook, and pen.
  • Warm jacket, gloves etc. We may have to stand outside waiting to get in the event at times. 
  • Towel for hot tub. There are bath towels for showers etc in the cabin, but not for hot tub. 

HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I NEED? 

We will have meals onsite, so outside of snacks on the road etc. everything  else should be provided. Normally there are things offered at the event like t-shirts, cd's, books, etc, but all of these things will be completely optional. There may be some moments during free time for us to look at the shops in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, or make a trip to the outlets.
