COST- Total is $80.00 ($20.00 deposit/ $60 due Nov. 14th)

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? 


1 outfit (warm outfit), PJ’s, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, money for food (2 meals) and any items at event, swimsuit, jacket (gloves toboggan). Towels are available in the condo.
**Our condo does have a hot tub. So, please pack a swimsuit if your child is interested in going to the hot tub.**

HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I NEED? 

There will be breakfast supplied in the cabin, and also snack foods and drinks. There is free time on Saturday for lunch, so each child will need lunch & supper money and also any money to purchase items at the event if they would like. Here is an idea of the shirt prices: Long sleeve t-shirt, $18, raglan tee, $20, lightweight long sleeve hooded tee $25, hoodie $25. Please note if you/your child needs help with covering meal, just let your teach/chaperone/pastor know and we will be happy to help.

They have received many calls this year regarding security and that is understandable in light of the state of our nation and recent events. They have always had security every year at the event. Some officers in uniform and some plain clothes security. This year we have added additional men to that count. New this year, we ask that no one brings in large bags, purses or backpacks. For Security Purposes any Large Bag or Purse may be subject to search. Any bag left unattended will be confiscated.

Returning on Sunday Oct 15th, around lunch time (12:45pm)  


COST- Total is $120.00 ($20.00 deposit/ $50 due Sept 10th/ Final Payment $50 Due Oct 8th)

  • Bedding & pillow for twin bed

  • Rafting & water recs require quick-dry clothes (non-cotton) & shoes with backs

  • Cell phone (Cowee or SnowBird are not responsible for lost/stolen/broken electronics)

  • SPECIAL REMINDERS from SWO:  SnowBird are not responsible for lost, left or stolen items.  Unless the individual pays postage, we will not mail items back.  We recommend looking at the local weather (28901) before packing for your trip. The weather here is inconsistent year-round.

HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I NEED? 

Most Snowbird camps and retreats are all-inclusive.  Horseback riding (except during summer) and rafting on the Ocoee River are additional costs to recreation. You may also want to bring money to buy T-shirts, snacks, etc. at the Snack Shack.

Returning on Saturday July 29th, early afternoon. Our last session ends around 10:30-11 AM that morning

  • Students and kids need to bring towels, sunscreen, lake shoes to get wet, flip-flops, one-piece bathing suits, shorts, t-shirts, Bibles, Bed linens (or sleeping bags). Bath towels are NOT provided at the camp. Students may also want to bring extra spending money for snacks at the camp Store (t-shirts, CDs, etc.).
