Winter Conference 2020 (January 17-20)
WHEN ARE WE LEAVING AND RETURNING?
Departing Friday Jan 17th, 3:30 PM from the church
Returning on Monday January 20th, around lunch time. Our last session ends around 10:30 AM that morning

WHERE WILL WE BE STAYING?
We will be staying in a large cabin on 0.5 miles from the convention center where the conference is being held ( E Holly Ridge Rd, Gatlinburg TN )
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
- Clothes for four days
- Bathroom items: shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and any other personal items you may need during your stay.
- Swim suit (modest please) There is a hot tub at the cabin, as well as, a pool house that students will be able to use at designated times with supervision.
- Bible, notebook, and pen.
- Warm jacket, gloves etc. We may have to stand outside waiting to get in the event at times.
- Towel for hot tub. There are bath towels for showers etc in the cabin, but not for hot tub.
HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I NEED?
We will have meals onsite, so outside of snacks on the road etc. everything else should be provided. Normally there are things offered at the event like t-shirts, cd's, books, etc, but all of these things will be completely optional. There may be some moments during free time for us to look at the shops in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, or make a trip to the outlets.
