THIS WEDNESDAY

Hey Parents, while summer has begun it does not feel entirely like summer!  In an effort to encourage our students and give them some well needed face-to-face time, the Root’s Family (4619 Clarks Chapel Rd Franklin NC) has graciously offered to host our students with a bonfire, cookout, message on Wednesday, June 10 (6:30-10pm).  Families are invited.  We will serve the food “Covid-19 style” (gloves, masks, individually, not buffet style, ect…). I know that each family has different views when it comes to the circumstances we are facing, and we want to meet each of your needs. We ask if your student is participating in this event that they respect social distancing and observe proper hand washing to best respect and serve one another as we gather during the times we are in. SUNDAY, MAY 31, 2020 AT COWEE BAPTIST CHURCH

Please submit 8 - 10 pictures of your graduates birth to current by this Wednesday May 27 to chris@coweebaptist.org (ASAP)

For Sunday May 31 service, we will have special reserved seating for each graduate family. Please let us know by Wednesday May 27 how many seats you need. 

***GRADUATES!!!! Please wear or bring your cap and gown, be ready to share your HS achievements, favorite Bible verse, and future plans. Each student has the opportunity to share this during the service or Pastor Chris can help speak during this time (if you do not want to speak please email this information to chris@coweebaptist.org).

Sunday- May 31, GRADUATES please plan on arriving to church at 10:15am, service starts at 11am and should be done by 12pm. 

Each Graduate will walk across the stage/trailer during service, during their special time. We have a few gifts to present to them during this time as well.

WHAT IS THE MERCEDES-BENZ STADIUM BAG POLICY?Mercedes-Benz Stadium operates on a Clear Bag Policy. For the quickest entry into the stadium, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag to Passion 2020. If a bag is necessary, the bag must meet the following criteria in order to enter the stadium:

•Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag.

• Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5″ x 6.5″ will be permitted into the stadium. Here are two inexpensive, complying clear bags that can be purchased on Amazon.

• Clear Bag 1 – Full Size

• Clear Bag 2 – Crossbody Bag

Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5″ x 6.5″ in size will not be permitted. Exceptions will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the gate upon arrival. Attendees with non-complying bags can store their bags for a fee (cash or card payment accepted) at one of the bag valet locations outside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
